Relations With Shareholders

The Board recognizes the importance of good communication with all shareholders. The Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) as well as published annual reports and financial statements are used as an opportunity to communicate with all shareholders. The Company always gives its shareholders the mini mum notice period of the AGM as defined in its Memorandum and Articles of Association and in compliance with the Companies Act.

Shareholders have direct access to the company, its Company Secretary and the Shares Registrar who responds to the correspondence received from the shareholders on a wide range of issues.
